Nov. 29-Dec. 2

The Great Benjamin Circus will be at the Lafayette County Arena for a series of performances. Showtimes are 4:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday. Tickets start at $12.50 per person when purchased online. Tickets also available at the door. Children enjoy free admission with a paid adult and a coupon. Acrobats, clowns, jugglers, and much more. Nov. 30-Dec. 2

The Holiday Art Market provides artists with a pop-up retail location for the holiday season. The event will be held in the Gallery of the Powerhouse offering 10-foot by 6-foot booths. This is limited to artists and makers with homemade, home-baked and handmade items. Nov. 30 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Dec. 1-2 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

Northwest Mississippi Community College is presenting the Christmas Spectacular on Nov. 30 at 7 p.m. at the Heindl Center for the Performing Arts. This performance includes choir, theatre, and the bands.

Dec. 4

Oxford Magazine Sip and Sign at Paragon Bank from 3 to 5 p.m. Author John Cofield will sign his new book, “The Cofield Collection Vol III.” Photographer Susan Mah will sign her photography book.

Dec. 7

University Museum offers Museum Milkshake Mash-ups for middle schoolers and teens from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. This is a free event.

Dec. 9

Oxford Civic Chorus will present its 25th Anniversary Winter Concert featuring John Rutter’s Magnificat and other seasonal works at the David H. Nutt Auditorium at 3 p.m. Debra Atkinson and Creighton Holder are co-directors. Free admission, donations accepted.
