Ready, Set, Shop!

: At 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, the doors opened to a long line of umbrella-toting shoppers at an estate sale held in the former home of artist Theora Hamblett (1895-1977) at 619 Van Buren Ave. in Oxford. The sale continued through Monday. The long-time residents of the historic home recently moved and the “For Sale” sign in the yard says “Pending.” (M. Ben Williams)
