: Ricky Burkhead, the long-time drummer for the Yalobushwhackers, performs at the Thacker Mountain Radio Show on Thursday night at the Powerhouse. By day, Ricky is professor of music and the director of percussion studies at the University of Mississippi. Observant Thacker fans noted Ricky’s new dapper look that featured a beard and snazzy shirt, and sans the heretofore ever-present flat cap. (M. Ben Williams)
