The Gin and The Warehouse were the big boy bars that started an Oxford era we are still living in today. And also created there was the vibe that was Bill Forrester’s bar. Tucked away under The Warehouse, being in the basement added to the feeling. 

Many remember swinging on the pipe as they danced down the stairs in the pursuit of a happiness that is well remembered by students and locals alike.
