An Abbeville man faces felony charges for allegedly breaking into vehicles in November.

In November 2023, the Oxford Police Department took multiple reports regarding commercial burglary near Sisk Avenue.

Several cars were broken into with cash, luxury items and electronics missing.

After an investigation, Octavious McMullen, 24, of Abbeville was charged on April 22 with three counts of commercial burglary and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

McMullen was taken before a Municipal Court judge for an initial bond hearing and was issued a $30,000 bond and has had holds placed by other agencies.
