As the sun goes down over Oxford, the Double Decker Arts Festival continues with a slew of bands taking the stage. During the day, tens of thousands flocked to the Square, starting with the 5K, 10K and family fun run early Saturday morning. Festival attendees were greeted with plenty of sun, more than 140 art vendors, a large selection of food and lively music.
