Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office 911 center received a call last night at approximately 8:34 pm about a potential domestic disturbance at a home on County Road 181.

They found one individual unresponsive and  gave aid  until paramedics and EMT’s with Baptist Ambulance and Lafayette County Fire Department arrived. The individual was pronounced deceased.

A suspect was located on scene and taken into custody by the Lafayette County Sheriffs Office.  The LCSO reports this is an ongoing investigation and no other information was released at this time.
