Watch Evan Engram talk Ole Miss’ players-only meeting, Auburn
Ole Miss tight end Evan Engram met with reporters following the Rebels’ practice Tuesday and revealed a players-only meeting was held earlier in the day.
With the reality of its first losing streak since 2014 and and a sub-.5oo record more than halfway through the season setting in for Ole Miss (3-4, 1-3 Southeastern Conference), Engram said the mood among the team was “a little down” before the meeting but that things “were way up” afterward, a vibe he said carried into practice.
Watch Engram also hit on an unusually unproductive day for himself at LSU (three catches, 15 yards) and going up against Auburn’s defense Saturday at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in the videos below.
NOTE: The camera accidentally cuts off midway through the interview before continuing to record. The second video picks up where the first one left off.
